This is a space to honour whatever is present in your body, mind, or heart. Whether you’re feeling clear or clouded, heavy or hopeful, this is an invitation to slow down, feel what’s true, and show up for yourself with gentleness.
We’ll move through:
Grounding breathwork
Movement & embodiment
Stillness, meditation, and integration
You don’t need to “fix” anything. This is about being with what is, and letting that be enough. Together, we’ll hold space for renewal, softness, and self-connection, in honour of the anniversary of my dads passing, Mental Health Awareness Month, and all of the quiet things we carry. Open to all. No experience needed. Come as you are.
