This program is a 4-week journey of movement, meditation, mindfulness and now, positive energy and strength!
Every Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM, join me for Sunday Sanctuary, where we’ll reset, realign, and start the week with intention. Through somatic movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and mindfulness tools, we’ll center ourselves, release stress, and embrace the new year with clarity and calm.
Then, on Tuesdays at 6:30 PM, we’ll meet for Spark, a 45-minute session designed to ignite your energy, build strength, and empower your body and mind. These dynamic, strength-focused sessions will help you cultivate vitality and resilience, fueling you for the week ahead.

Through gentle, somatic movement, we’ll release tension and explore ways to move with ease and presence. Breathwork will guide us in regulating the nervous system, cultivating balance, and renewing our energy. Meditation will help quiet mental clutter, foster clarity, and create a sense of inner peace.

Spark will ignite your energy and empower your body and mind. These 45-minute sessions are designed to boost your strength, improve mobility, and leave you feeling unstoppable.
With full-body strength workouts, dynamic stretching, and mobility flows set to an uplifting playlist, you’ll feel energised and ready to take on the week. Each session includes a mindset theme to inspire confidence, resilience, and positivity, fueling your spark to smash through January’s challenges.
