Nestled in the stunning grounds of historic Milton Abbey, this weekend offers you a sacred pause. Through workshops, music, movement, and rest, you’ll re-connect to your inner joy and carry it back into your life refreshed, renewed and ready to step into your power.

Myself and my team have hosted these sold out weekend camps for the past 2 years and witnessed incredible transformations. We laugh, we cry, we sing, we dance and we hug… alot!

The weekend flow

Friday

We’ll kick off the weekend with a welcoming lunch, an easy, relaxed way to arrive, settle in, and start connecting. Once we’ve had time to land, we’ll gather for an opening circle to set the tone for our time together, share intentions, and begin to get to know each other in a meaningful, supportive way. The afternoon will include some gentle pilates and a grounding workshop designed to help us feel present and connected. After a delicious dinner, we’ll tap into the joy of singing together in a fun and lighthearted evening choir, followed by a calming sound bath in the stunning Abbey, a beautiful way to unwind and ease into deep, restful sleep.

Saturday

Saturday is a full day devoted to joy, movement, and connection. We’ll begin with an energising morning barre class followed by a nourishing breakfast. Then we’ll head outdoors to soak in the beauty of our surroundings with a refreshing walk, before easing into a calming breathwork session to reset and reconnect. Out in nature, we’ll take time to let go, release, and make space, before stepping into our strength with a fun and empowering team gym workout. A relaxed BBQ lunch will refuel us, followed by time to explore, wander, or simply be. In the afternoon, we’ll dive into a joyful creative session to bring all the feels. The evening brings a delicious dinner and a vibrant celebration: a stunning silent disco where we can dance freely under the stars, before softening into a peaceful bedtime meditation to close the day with calm and ease.

SUNDAY

Sunday begins gently, with a soothing morning yoga session to ease us into the day, followed by a generous, brunch-style breakfast to nourish and refuel. We’ll then come together for an integration workshop, a space to reflect, share insights, and gather simple, supportive practices to carry our weekend intentions into everyday life. There will be time to step outside, breathe deeply, and enjoy one last moment in nature before we gather for a heartfelt closing circle. With light snacks and warm goodbyes, we’ll part ways, feeling inspired, and ready for the week ahead. But it’s not goodbye for long, we shall reconnect on Zoom later that week to check in and share how things are unfolding.

A note from me

I am a heart led facilitator, and I pour my whole heart and soul into creating these spaces. From the moment you step through the door, my deepest wish is for you to feel safe, held, and seen.

I know that, for many, the journey begins long before arrival. It starts with the quiet courage to say yes, perhaps to traveling alone for the first time, to attending your first retreat, to navigating childcare, planning, preparation, and all the inner questions that come up along the way.

You might wonder: Will I fit in? Will I be strong enough? Will my anxiety hold me back?
Please know, those thoughts are part of the path. Every step you take toward this experience is a powerful act of self worth, a declaration that you are capable, deserving, and brave.

If something in your heart is calling you here, if it feels like it could expand you, soothe you, or awaken something within, don’t let fear or doubt dim that spark. You deserve this. You are allowed to do the things that scare you. And I am here, ready to welcome you with love.

This is an all-inclusive weekend camp with your accommodation, all of your food, drinks and snacks included, a full itinerary of amazing sessions and workshops with me and a team of incredible facilitators, plus pre camp zoom sessions to get you set up for a beautiful weekend and an integration session to support you in implementing the tools, resources and sense of self you create over the weekend.

  • Absolutely not, all sessions are completely accessible, come as you are and leave feeling empowered!

  • You absolutely can, many women come solo and leave with new friends. We will be doing more activities to connect and get to know new people.

  • Yes, there are single rooms, and shared rooms, shared rooms are twin or quad, so you can let me know who you would like to share with.
