Reina is Queen in Spanish, and this is a sun-soaked retreat to put down the roles, receive, reconnect and remember yourself.

REIGN is a retreat for women who spend so much of their lives holding everything and everyone else.

The carers. The organisers. The peacekeepers. The ones who keep going. The ones everyone else relies upon.

For four beautiful days in the Spanish sun, you get to put it all down.

Here, you don't have to look after anyone. You don't have to achieve, perform, please or prove. You get to receive.

Together we'll move, breathe, dance, laugh, swim, float, feast, rest, play and reconnect with the woman underneath all of the roles.

There'll be slow mornings and sun drenched afternoons. Pool time and beach time. Movement, workshops and moments of real connection. Then as the heat of the day fades, we'll gather beneath the Spanish sky for music, movement, reflection and a little magic.

This isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about remembering the woman who was there all along and giving her permission to take up space in her own life.

A note from me

I pour my whole heart into creating these spaces. From the moment you arrive, my deepest wish is that you feel safe, held, celebrated and completely free to be yourself.

I also know that for many women, the journey begins long before you arrive in Spain.

It begins with choosing yourself.

So much of life can be spent giving, caring, organising, supporting and making sure everyone else is okay and somewhere along the way, putting yourself first can start to feel unfamiliar or even selfish. That mum guilt is real.

You might wonder: Will I fit in? Will I be enough? What if I feel anxious? Can I really justify spending this money on myself? Should I be doing something else for someone else instead?

REINA is an invitation to put those roles down for a while.

To let yourself be looked after. To receive. To play. To rest. To take up space. To remember that your needs, dreams, joy and aliveness matter too.

You don't need to arrive confident, fearless or with everything figured out. Just come as you are.

Because choosing yourself isn't selfish. Sometimes it's remembering that you belong in the life you've spent so much time creating for everyone else.

Questions

  • Absolutely not, all sessions are completely accessible, come as you are and leave feeling empowered!

  • You absolutely can, rooms are twin sharing, but you can come solo and I can match you up to a lovely person to share with.

  • Yes, rooms are twin, so you can let me know who you would like to share with.

  • Flights need to be booked by you separately. We can check in on the Tuesday 19th at 4pm, so you can choose a flight that gets you there in good time.

  • The accomodation is 45 minutes drive from Alicante airport. Once we know who is coming and flight details we can look at group transfers to reduce costs.
