Recalibrada means recalibrated in Spanish, it’s five days in the Spanish sun where you don’t have to think, plan, cook, clean or decide a single thing. Everything is taken care of. All you have to do is arrive.

Here you will be held, nourished and deeply restored. We’ll move together, breathe together, laugh and cry and sit in the last warmth of the Mediterranean sun. You’ll receive massage, good food, guided practices and the kind of community that reminds you who you really are.

You’ll leave feeling like yourself again. Recalibrated. Ready.

Your home for five days

A stunning private villa nestled on the edge of Calpe, with mountain views, warm evenings and the kind of stillness you’ve been craving all summer. The sea is 15 minutes away and a private chef is taking care of all of the cooking and cleaning.

There is a private pool to lay with a book, a Padel court for some friendly competition, Lush gardens, lovely twin ensuite rooms, spacious indoor spaces, just 55 minutes from Alicante airport

A note from me

I am a heart led facilitator, and I pour my whole heart and soul into creating these spaces. From the moment you step through the door, my deepest wish is for you to feel safe, held, and seen.

I know that, for many, the journey begins long before arrival. It starts with the quiet courage to say yes, planning, preparation, and all the inner questions that come up along the way.

You might wonder: Will I fit in? Will I be enough? Will my anxiety hold me back? Can I justify spending money on myself?
Please know, those thoughts are part of the path. Every step you take toward this experience is a powerful act of self worth, a declaration that you are capable, deserving, and brave.

Questions

  • Absolutely not, all sessions are completely accessible, come as you are and leave feeling empowered!

  • You absolutely can, rooms are twin sharing, but you can come solo and I can match you up to a lovely person to share with.

  • Yes, rooms are twin, so you can let me know who you would like to share with.

  • Flights need to be booked by you separately. We can check in on the Tuesday 19th at 4pm, so you can choose a flight that gets you there in good time.

  • The accomodation is 45 minutes drive from Alicante airport. Once we know who is coming and flight details we can look at group transfers to reduce costs.
